• Our mission is to increase access to STEM education.

  • Why STEM?

We believe that STEM (science, technology, engineering, & mathematics) has unbounded potential for propelling economic mobility and empowering historically underrepresented communities.

(STEM workers on average earn 26% more than non-STEM workers.)

  • The Opportunity

There is a growing gap between STEM supply and demand in the US & global labor markets. STEM occupations are projected to grow by 17% over the course of the next decade.

However, access to quality STEM education can vary drastically based on geography or socio-economic status.

  • Our Solution

We provide (hassle-free) grants & resources to support programs with STEM curriculums serving historically underrepresented communities.

We also manage a scholarship program for students pursuing higher education in STEM-related programs.

Who we like to support:

We focus on supporting programs for students in grades k-12 or post-secondary education, that are actively prioritizing Historically Underrepresented Minority Students. For example, we like working with programs for kids at public schools where over 70% of the student population qualify for school lunch programs.

Other program qualities we look for…

In mimicking real world work scenarios, we love to see programs that promote collaborative projects between students with different roles or specializations.

Multi-Disciplinary & Collaborative

Hands-on Learning

We believe students learn best when they focus their energy on doing and building.

We look for programs that are geared around vertical mobility for students in STEM careers. For example, we love programs that include or encourage mentorship with professionals in a STEM field.
